RECOGNITION OF EXCELLENCE

We are extremely proud at AbsolutelyFamous this week with news that my colleague and co-owner of our website  Tony Stretch has been recognised for his photo taking expertise.

Tony with the photo and Australian Photography magazine that ran the competition.

His brilliant photo of two fisherman snapped during a holiday in Thailand won Tony the accolade but he’s also taken many many more wonderful pics over a wide range of subjects including portraits, landscapes and action sports pics.

Tony was thrilled with his recognition in the Australia  Photography magazine which is published globally and said it was really unexpected. Each month the magazine features their best pic and the winning entrant is a highly competitive and sought after prize.

In my interview with Tony, conducted at our favourite place on the Gold Coast, Paradise Point, he gives an insight into what it takes to be a top photographer and he also reminisces about his time representing New Zealand at several World Championship triathlon events following on from that thrilling men’s race at the Commonwealth Games over the weekend.

**Footnote: AbsolutelyFamous invites anyone wanting to advertise on our site to contact either Tony or myself, John Alexander and I’m sure we can come up with a deal to suit.
